What it Looks Like for You:
You are highly driven and eager for quick results. You chase immediate rewards and rapid progress, but this can sometimes lead to distraction or burnout if things don’t move fast enough. Your enthusiasm is contagious but often short-lived if goals or results aren’t achieved quickly.
What it Looks Like for Your Team:
Your teammates may be inspired by your high energy and willingness to push boundaries. However, your impatience can be challenging, especially if it disrupts the team’s rhythm or leaves others feeling rushed. You may unintentionally create pressure to achieve immediate outcomes.
What it Looks Like for Your Coach:
Your coach appreciates your passion but may notice your difficulty with sustained focus and the tendency to disengage when things get slow or routine. They see the need to channel your energy consistently over time to improve endurance and focus.
